Chestnut Nursery School St Giles’ School Readiness Week is this week starting Monday 6th August! 📖📖📖

Our pre-school are beginning school activities next week, so far they’ve planned some school role play, where there will be an opportunity to try on some school uniform, have book bags and look at some school books. The children will also be doing lots of name writing to ensure they are prepared, lining up whilst they are waiting for an activity or to leave the room, wash their hands etc. They are doing lots of talks at circle time, talking about their feelings and wishes regarding school.

Be sure to bring your child along so they can benefit from the preparations!
