Parents and staff at Chestnut Nursery School Halbutt Street have been collecting clothes and shoes for the homeless. This evening we'll deliver them to Nightingale Angels UK, who are a non-profit organisation helping the local community of Barking & Dagenham in providing a weekly drop-in service, a hot meal and a place to socialise with others.
We hope the donations will benefit those who use the service, and are proud to be help the local community. Thank you to everyone who has supported the charity with their donations!
